My approach is based on integrative, evidenced-based, and body-centered therapies including EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I use neuroscience based research to inform my somatic and holistic approach. I teach tools to work with the past and face challenges in the present. Difficulty can present an opportunity for growth and finding new strengths. I provide a nurturing environment in which to move from a feeling of disconnection to a place of trust and inner wisdom.
